Is your website secure?

Yes! The following site has been issued a GoDaddy SSL certificate to enable server security. Sites secured by an SSL certificates provide up to 256 bit encryption, thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure.

How can I pay?

We have two methods of payment at checkout. You can pay by credit / debit card powered by Stripe or PayPal. Both payment methods are 100% secure and non of your financial information is stored on our server.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes! You can track your order by clicking Track My Order menu on the bottom right menu of the site or by accessing “My Account > Orders

What is your Returns Policy?

For any item that is found to be faulty or broken upon receipt, we will happily refund or replace the item, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your item and the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. We may also request that you provide photos of the faulty or broken item prior to issue of a refund. Any item found to be faulty or broken must be returned to MyMoroccanBazae within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be covered by MyMoroccanBazar.

We do not provide refunds or replacements if you change your mind.

How do I return something to you?

All orders are shipped with a RMA with detailed instructions on how to return your order. Please contact us by email to have an RMA number issued before returning your order.

What is you refund policy?

We issue refunds once your order is returned to us in its original packaging and unused. We will not issue a refund if items are used or returned not on there original packaging with no exception. If your return is not accepted due to usage, you will have to pay for shipping to ship the item back to you.

How long does it take to issue my refund?

Once your returned order is received and inspected a refund will be issued in the same form of your payment within 3 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most free shipping orders should arrive within 2 weeks of purchase while expedited UPS shipping can take 3 to 7 days. There are however some orders that will take longer to arrive, depending on the items purchased and the delivery address. All our items are listed with estimated shipping times, but if you have any questions relating to a particular item delivery time, please contact us.

I did not receive my refund

How much will delivery cost?

At MyMoroccanBazar we want you to have a seamless and simplified shopping experience and in most cases we will deliver the items to you free of charge. We also give you an extra shipping option to expedite your order at a fee that will be visible at checkout.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We do not deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes. Please provide an alternative delivery address.

Can you deliver internationally?

Yes! We deliver to every corner of the globe.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a re-delivery or alternatively you can sign an authority to leave the package at the door.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not take any responsibility for any items damaged or stolen after they have been delivered.

Will you provide me with a tracking number after I place my order?

A tracking number will be provided only for expedited UPS shipping once your order has been dispatched. We cannot provide a tracking number for free shipping because since all orders are dispatched from Morocco, the Moroccan postal service does not provide one at the moment.

What does "Pre Order" mean?

Although we do our very best to keep all items in stock, there are times when, due to the popularity of the item, we get out of stock. In this instance you may order the item in advance of its arrival. Every pre-order item will show the estimated arrival date, but please note that the date is indicative only as we cannot foresee any unexpected delays that may occur in the manufacturing process since our products are handmade.

If you are wanting an item and are contemplating waiting for stock to arrive rather than pre-ordering, please note that sometimes when stock arrives it is already sold out due to pre-orders. We highly recommend pre-ordering the item you are after to avoid missing out.

Are the Moroccan Poufs sold filled?

Our Moroccan Poufes are available unfilled in-order to save on shipping fees.

What do I fill the Moroccan Pouf with?

There are various ways and fillings that can be used to stuff a Pouf. We have tried a variety of methods and fillings, and by far the best one that we have come across is by using crumbed foam (Approx. 2.5kg) or bean bag filling (Approx. 65/70 litres).

How to fill a Moroccan Pouf with Crumbed Foam?

  • Turn the Pouf upside down.
  • Open the zip and fill the crumbed foam directly into the Pouf

Are the Moroccan Poufs made with 100% genuine leather?

Yes. All of our Poufs are made from only the finest 100% genuine goat leather.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the natural tanning process used to make authentic Moroccan Poufs, the leather will have a strong scent for the first few weeks. Rest assured that this is completely normal and will subside. Please feel free to ask any questions about this prior to your purchase.
